ABOUT US
Who We Are
MŌNŌ Dahlia Productions is an independent creative production studio working across original IP, cinematic storytelling and AI-assisted production.
We develop films, story worlds, visual concepts and commercial projects from the earliest idea through to the final frame.
Our work combines narrative development, creative direction and emerging production tools to make ambitious ideas possible without losing the human judgement behind them.
We create our own worlds. We collaborate with others. We make work designed to be remembered.
Zanardy Annuar
Founder & Creative Director
"My work begins with story.
I develop original worlds, direct visual concepts and build production workflows that turn ambitious ideas into finished films and campaigns.
My background in communication, filmmaking and emerging creative technology allows me to move between concept development, visual direction, editing and production strategy.
I founded MŌNŌ Dahlia to create work independently, collaborate with people who value bold ideas and develop original intellectual property built to grow beyond a single project."

Why We
Exist
Our Purpose
MŌNŌ Dahlia exists to create stories and worlds with the potential to endure.
In an industry increasingly shaped by speed, volume and disposable content, we believe strong ideas still deserve care, authorship and intention.
We use emerging technology to expand what an independent studio can produce, not to replace the creative judgement that gives the work meaning.
Through original IP, commissioned productions and creative collaboration, we are building a body of work that can grow across films, series, campaigns and new formats.
Make the idea matter. Then make it real.
Bridging East & West

MŌNŌ Dahlia Productions collaborates with Blackstone Intelligence Sarawak to build narrative and AI capability across East and West Malaysia. Together, we operate at the intersection of institutional strategy, digital infrastructure, and creative discipline.
Through joint initiatives with University Technology of Sarawak (UTS), we support the development of narrative literacy and AI communication frameworks — strengthening regional capacity in an increasingly AI-driven environment.
